The winter blues smoothie - A smoothie January

Christmas and the New Year have left us behind, but sometimes we can't help but miss them. So here is the perfect smoothie to cosy up on the sofa with. 


  • 250ml of milk (almond milk)
  • Tsp of cacao powder (raw)
  • Tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 350g or pumpkin puree
  • 3 tbsp. of low-fat yogurt
  • 7 cube of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
