CALM is Campaign Against Living Miserably. Suicide is still the biggest killer of men aged 15-34, averaging out at about three deaths a day. CALM want to get the message out that being silent isn't being strong! It's stronger to get help in hard times.

CALM targets young men, aged 15-35, at the start of depression or crisis. Callers are offered free and confidential advice, support and information via a helpline and website. The following issues are covered on the website:
