FitzRoy transforms the lives of adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently at home and in the community. They listen to people, helping them make their own choices. They believe disabilities shouldn't exclude or hold people back from doing the things they want to do.
They offer a range of support in your home that is fully tailored to your needs. They understand how important it is to feel comfortable in your own home and this often means choosing where and how you live. The right housing option for you may be living in your family home, as a tenant of a housing association, as a tenant of a private landlord or in a registered home (and with nursing) owned by FitzRoy. They know that, with the right help, everyone is able to enjoy independence in their own home, regardless of any disability.
They can also support you to be involved in the activities you love, both at our day and community services and in your local community. They will get to know you, listen to your wants and needs and give you support that is totally personal to you. They offer encouragement and support in lots of different activities including education, leisure, volunteering and employment. Whatever interests you, they can help you to get involved.
