Booking GP appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions, and viewing your record online

Your surgery must be signed up for Patient Access for you to be able to participate.

You can register in two ways: ask at your surgery reception and they will provide you with a letter with instructions on how to register, or register online.

a) look in the frequently asked questions section
b) contact your surgery and ask them to raise a support query to EMIS
c) go to the Patient Access status page to see the system's current state-of-play.
