Feed the brain

1. Feed the brain

There is a symbiotic relationship between mental and physical health and both need to be nurtured in order for us to function happily. Cognitively speaking, keeping our brain active and fit is very often the key to our emotional state and can make a difference in our ability to cope with any life struggles.
