3. Level out
To feel our best, it's important to avoid blood sugar highs and lows, which can affect mood as well as physical performance. To keep your levels consistent, try to enjoy protein-rich foods and wholegrains, as well as eating a healthy, low-sugar snack every couple of hours.
4. Find your fun
If you're feeling sluggish, you might benefit from a new project or hobby. Try to find something you really enjoy doing, or something with a tangible end goal, such as completing a 5k charity run or knitting a baby blanket. Sometimes a change of topic can help to 'reboot' our mindset, and a fixed goal will encourage us to persist with our new undertaking.
