1. Step back and take a look

You first need to find out why you want more time to yourself and then make a list of the activities you would like to do more of. Then write down how you really spend your day. The goal is to find time in your day that you can eliminate activities from or be more efficient to free up time.

2. Find your time-wasters

What do you spend a lot of your time on that isn't on your essential list? Take a close look at these things and really think about whether they're necessary, or if there are ways to reduce, minimise or eliminate these things.
