The tell-tale signs of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA)

One of the UK's most common sleep disorders is obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). Those with the condition are snorers, occasionally grind their teeth and have interrupted breathing. Feeling constantly tired throughout the day is another key tell-tale sign.

OSA mainly affects middle-aged men and post-menopausal women. It's estimated that in the UK alone around 24% of middle-aged men and 9% of middle-aged women have OSA. What's more, as many as 80% of patients remain undiagnosed.
