Juicing: how healthy is it? Join us for a live chat | Emma G Keller

Juicing is back in fashion – has it ever been out of fashion? – which means juice joints popping up in your neighborhood, and do-it-yourself machines costing as much as $500.

Back in 2000, before juicing was a national trend, Pat Crocker wrote The Juicing Bible – the original best-selling juicer’s handbook. It quickly sold over 400,00 copies and still sells steadily today.

Since then Crocker has published The Smoothies Bible, The Yoghurt Bible and Juicing and Smoothies for Dummies.

Many of her combinations target specific health concerns and she explains clearly how each individual ingredient is of specific benefit.

Crocker joins us today at 1 pm ET | 6pm BST to answer your questions and give helpful hints and tips on how to be the most effective juicer.

So join us if you’re interested in finding out more about how to make both delicious and nutritious drinks. Post you questions in the module below or on Twitter using #juicechat.
