3 ways to enjoy unleavened breads

 

1. Crisp it. Make your own lower fat tortilla chips. Flavour a tortilla wrap with your favourite herbs and spices, drizzle with olive oil, cut into triangles and bake till crisp.

2. Stuff it. Use chapattis or tortilla wraps and make a speedy quesadilla stuffed with courgettes and sunflower seeds. Try this recipe.

3. Crunchy salad topping . Flavour matzo crackers with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and coarse black pepper, and toss them into a leafy salad just before serving.
