Granny was right. I can literally still hear my own grandmother quoting this line. But do you know what; I think it is good advice. As soon as I go on a diet, I absolutely crave whatever it is that diet forbids (obviously usually chocolate. Or wine. Or pizza...) Sooner or later the diet gets abandoned and I make up for lost time.
