Find something you actually enjoy because then you'll have a chance of sticking with it. Think outside the box. If you hate running, look for Latin/ballroom dance classes (everyone loses weight on Strictly!), or go ice-skating or something else. Or go for long walks with a mate and catch up on the gossip. Whatever you decide to go for, if it's something you don't find a chore, chances are it will soon become a habit that's fun and fits easily into your lifestyle.
