It's loaded with calories. Besides it makes you more relaxed about hoovering any handy crisps or chocolate. Swap a pint of lager (around 200 calories and 18 carbs) for a gin and slimline tonic (55 calories and no carbs). Dilute a glass of wine to make it a spritzer. Every little helps.
