It wouldn't be summer without a bowl of cold soup! Gazpacho, cucumber, tomato, carrot; the possibilities are endless.

Chilled hard-boiled eggs

Cook them in advance and keep them in the fridge, ready to grab for a quick snack.

Wraps

Use your favourite tortilla and fill it with chicken, salmon, cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, rice, and beans.

BBQ

Head outside later in the evening and grill up your favourite veggies, chicken, steak, fish, turkey and beef burgers, to have on hand for a few days.
