4. Keep it colourful

The colour of fruits and vegetables indicate what nutrients they contain.

So make sure that the lunch box contains a good range of reds, greens, oranges, yellows...and so on!

This will increase the range of vitamins and minerals your lunch will provide each day.

For example, you could try a combination of cucumber sticks, a satsuma and beetroot salad.
