All those diets out there promise to be the one to change us into eternally thin people once and for all. Which one is the best?
There have been lots of studies to try and figure this out, and they haven't really come to any conclusion. It seems to me there is an obvious answer to this.
We are all different, so a diet that works brilliantly for one person doesn't do anything for another. It's partly about finding one which allows the kind of foods you like (so that dieting doesn't make your life a misery and you can stick with it) and partly finding the one which works with your metabolism.
