A minty twist smoothie - A smoothie January

Spice up your January with a minty twist. And add some nutrition with some chia and flax seeds. 


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  • Handful of chopped mint leaves
  • 250ml of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of chai seeds
  • 7 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
