A tropical holiday smoothie - A smoothie January

Don't let the winter blues get you down. Sip on this tropical inspired smoothie and let it brighten up your day.

Ingredients  

  • 1 peeled orange (de-seeded)
  • 1 whole mango (canned or fresh)
  • 120ml of pineapple chunks
  • ½ a banana
  • 4 tbsp. of low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 8 cubes of ice
Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
