Banana yogurt smoothie - A smoothie January

This creamy recipe is filled with potassium, calcium and a hint of cinnamon. This smoothie will leave you full till dinner. 


  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp. of Greek yogurt (low-fat)
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 200ml of almond milk or soy milk
  • Tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 8 cubes of ice
Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
