Coconut cream smoothie - A smoothie January

For a bit of coconut madness try out this recipe. Let the taste take you away to a sunny beach without having to catch a plane. 

Ingredients

  • 150 ml of coconut milk
  • 150 ml of almond milk
  • A zest of lime
  • Tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. of low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup of coconut flakes
  • 5 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
