How to cook salmon

 
Ingredients

2 large salmon fillets

2 tbsp. of olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp. of lemon juice

1 tsp. of mixed herbs

Optional

Add your own desired vegetables and condiments.

Method

- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)

- Cut a large sheet of aluminium foil and place on an oven tray

- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl apart from the salmon and mix together

- Place two tablespoons of the mixture onto the aluminium foil

- Wash the salmon and then place onto the foil

- Then place the rest of the mixture over the salmon fillets

- Fold and flatten the foil over the ingredients to cover them up

- Place the tray in the oven and cook for 20-25 mins, or until cooked. Then serve
