How to make a pancake


120g plain white flour

2 medium eggs

300ml of milk

3 tbsp. sugar (Optional)

Cooking oil


- Crack each egg and whisk together

- Then mix in the flour, milk and sugar

- Get a frying pan and heat up on the hob, place cooking oil in the pan

- Once hot, get a ladle full of pancake mixture and place into the frying pan. Swirl the pan around to distribute the mixture evenly in a circle

- Cook on each side until golden, then place on a plate

- Repeat step 4 and 5 until all the mixture is gone

- Serve with your desired toppings
