How to make an omelette


- 2 medium/large eggs

- Pinch of salt

- Cooking oil


- Crack each egg into a bowl and whisk together

- Add seasoning into the mixture and then put aside

- Place a frying pan on the hob and heat up. Put cooking oil into the pan and wait until hot

- Then pour the egg mixture into the pan. The egg should start sizzling

- Distribute the mixture evenly to form a circle shape

- Cook for 1-2 minutes.

- Then fold the omelette in half and slide on to a plate

- Add toppings if you desire and serve
