How to make oven-chips


7 large potatoes

2 tbsp. olive oil

Sea salt and ground black pepper


- Preheat the oven to 230°C

- Cut each potato into four strips, and make sure they have a width of 1-2cm

- Heat up some water in a saucepan, once boiled place them in the pan for 4 minutes

- Rinse and pat dry each chip, and place on an oven tray.

- Season the chips with salt and pepper, and drizzle them with olive oil

- Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden
