Overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 40 g porridge oats
  • 50 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 handful raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Prepare the night before and keep in the fridge.
  2. In a plastic container (with sealed lid), mix together the oats, yoghurt and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the raspberries (while still frozen) and mix so they are evenly distributed.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top and finish by drizzling over honey, seal with lid and pop in the fridge for the morning.

  6. You can alter this recipe depending on preference. Other options as replacements or additions are grated apple, dried fruits, banana, ginger (fresh or dried), and other berries. Or try fruit juice instead of milk. It is all about experimentation to find your favourite combination.
