Avocados can be used for a variety of healthy recipes, and is a great way to get your dose of omega-3. But here is a great smoothie to make everything a bit sweeter in January.
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado - only the pulp
- 1 banana
- 250ml of almond milk, soy or semi-skimmed milk
- 150g of blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. of chai seeds
- 5 cubes of ice
Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
