Sweet avocado smoothie - A smoothie January

Avocados can be used for a variety of healthy recipes, and is a great way to get your dose of omega-3. But here is a great smoothie to make everything a bit sweeter in January.


  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado - only the pulp
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml of almond milk, soy or semi-skimmed milk
  • 150g of blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. of chai seeds
  • 5 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
