We are finally getting into the swing of 2016. So, here is a smoothie recipe to celebrate all the new possibilities and ditch the January blues.
- 200 mg of blueberries (frozen)
- Tbsp. of flax seed
- 5 kale leaves
- 5 spinach leaves
- 3 tbsp. of vanilla yogurt (low-fat)
- 250ml of almond milk or semi-skimmed
- 5 cubes of ice
Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
