The Blues-berry smoothie - A smoothie January

We are finally getting into the swing of 2016. So, here is a smoothie recipe to celebrate all the new possibilities and ditch the January blues.


  • 200 mg of blueberries (frozen)
  • Tbsp. of flax seed
  • 5 kale leaves
  • 5 spinach leaves
  • 3 tbsp. of vanilla yogurt (low-fat)
  • 250ml of almond milk or semi-skimmed
  • 5 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
