The protein boost smoothie - A smoothie January

The best smoothie for a workout. Get all the protein you need in one cup.


  • 1 tbsp. of hemp seed
  • Handful of kale
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp. of Greek yogurt
  • 100g of granola
  • 150ml milk (almond or semi-skimmed)
  • 7 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
