****HELP**** Sores/Ulcers on vaginal lips AND crotch... Pics included -- NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE

Hi! 

As it says, I'm not sexually active so I'm very confused about what has just begun to break out in my downstairs! I found these yesterday after having shaved a couple days ago.

Ulcer like sores have formed on my crotch and on my lips/below. They look almost as if they are skin that has been scraped away by a fall! 

I have no pain while urinating, they don't burn all that bad if at all (except for the one on my crotch that rubs on my underwear). My discharge appears to be normal, it doesn't look like anything has changed. 

I am going to see my doctors in a couple days (gyno and house doctor) but I wanted to get a few opinions beforehand... Do you reckon this could be HPV/HSV???

    most of them look like infected ingrown hairs the one on your labia is troubling though so i would definitely go to the doctor still.

      That's what many of them start as, there is one that hasn't really popped yet. It looks like a water blister!?

    Turned out to be a fungal infection!
