Been two days since this has appeared, it's been over 14 days since I received unprotected oral and have felt some itching on penis shaft but nothing crazy can anyone advise?

Thank you for your reply, The lesions have basically healed within 3 days and have not crusted, blistered. Seeing doctor today why would you say high chance it's herpes?

Update! Swabbed and examined since they weren't grouped together doctor said it was irritation and i've felt no itching and no burning during urination. Both during the issue and after.
Felt like updating because most people don't
