the headaches have subsided but on day 10 I started waking up again panicky and can't sleep.  Had Naseua really bad on day 6.  Appetite is null and I've lost weight I can't afford to.  Not sure if I should give it the full 4-6 weeks and let my body adjust or ask for a dosage increase,  I am very sensitive to medication which was why the dr started me on 10 mg

This medication can effect appetite in the early stages and even now, in my case I feel I need to eat, even when I am overweight.

Generally a bit of weight loss is not a problem, you will make that weight loss back into a weight gain. In your case if your weight loss is so markd to cause concern you need to talk to your Doctor and explain your worries and fears

    Talk to your GP

You need to allow a further two to three weeks to get the best out of these medications.

The best time of the day to take these medications is in the evening half an hour before bed with a  glass of milk. It is very important that you eat. If you do not eat that will make you more ill

I would recommended allowing the medication a little more time to work. I was fortunate and did not have terrible side effects but it does take this medication some time to work.
