HI I just can't get above 10mg, tryed 15 everything worse, having a hotness feeling none stop, plus I am menopausel on top, has anyone stayed on 10mg and got better, also can still feel my mild shakeing which has not gone away, would,nt be as bad ,I could try if I didn't have family like grandkids keep coming round, or didn't have to visit them at weekends, am I the only one on 10mg, it's All about 20mg
