16 weeks since total shoulder surgery now my joint is worse

So p*ssed off at my doctor, his plan to fix my zero motion is somehow to have Physical therapy fix it, since it pushes up my collar bone; my neck is now created its own pain. Not sure what to do, since I saw two other doctors, and they seem to agree with my surgeon or maybe they don't want throw one of their own under the bus.

Not sure, but living on pain pills sucks any ideas would be welcome. My shoulder is so locked it feels worse then my bad other shoulder. So I go in with two bad shoulders with some pain, come out with 24/7 pain in my left one, and now have even pain in my neck.

That really sux.  I had sort of the same situation with neck surgery.  I read another post on here somewhere about seeking out the best specialist in the field and forget about those docs.  I have a shoulder injury as well and am going through PT.  I have heard so many horror stories that I am not going to even think about surgery.  Especially after my neck surgery..  good luck.  No real answer, but I am here to support you.

Thanks Annie, kinds words are always welcome, I think I'm in a catch 22 if anyone helps me, they fear getting sucked into a law suit, I just want my arm back, paying people to do simple tasks is so degrading, and expensive, when I did all my own work all my life since 15, now i'm 74.

Hi I had a decompression SAD in August. After 4 mths of physio I was referred bk to my surgeon 3 weeks ago I had my shoulder manipulated under anaesthetic I was very frightened but I can now say it's much better I've regained 100% movement and range and am only on 2 tramadol a day.

    Hope this helps.

Here's what I found, but its a very strange mystery to me?????

I found  a way to make my arm unlock, but it's not a solution, but perhaps it’s a clue, if I put my arm straight up 180 and push it to the max, then move my arm while its up there to the left, I can get free motion of my arm back. But when I drop it down, it re-locks up, I'm clueless what I'm doing, it's not pain free, I also found if I push both my arms back and hold them that way for about 30 seconds and then move my left bad arm, elbow way back, I can swing it up and free my shoulder, but again once it goes back to neutral position it re-locks. If I know what I'm doing, it may help me prove to my surgeon what is really wrong, or to another doctor. I'm in a lot of pain afterwards. I found it out by doing the wall crawl exercise, and my wife asked me a question, I turned my body to the right and when I came back down, I found myself unlocked for a while, and said what did I just do? So I tried to see other ways I could unlock it, my surgeon says its scar tissue, if it is, how and why can I do that, and PT has not seen me unlock it yet, don't go until the 1 6 16
