Well im due to the docs tomorrow for my 1st official weigh in, according to my scales ive lost about 7lb which im really pleased about but will be interested in what she has to say. ive been up the wall today and ended up nibbling instead of sitting eating meals. ive been the loo tonight & it wasnt 'orange' oil it was black!!!!! any ideas?
Im really hoping i can stick to this :?

The loss is great so don't beat urself up to much about yesterday and don't treat the diet as a punishment as you won't stick to it. We all have our \"off\" days just forget about it and stick to concentrating on a day to day basis

DON'T think of it as a diet as it has to be a change of eating habits otherwise we will just gain the weight back on again when we are no longer on the tablets. For example I look forward to my weight watchers pudding that I include as part of my main meal and my mug of Good for you hot chocolate I drink before I go to bed. When I fancy bread I put a partbaked baguette in the oven and use extra low Flora- a lot lower than normal bread. Also eat a varied diet, if you look around you will find healthier options and get used to eating them.
Also allow yourself a couple of meals a week off the tablets so you can treat yourself. If you do eat something you shouldn't eat far less than you used to. It gives you something to look forward to and helps you be good the rest of the time.
I found it hard to begin with, before I used to miss meals, once I started on the tablets all I thought about was food for the first few months. Now I find it much easier and I eat far more regularly.
I was really impressed with myself yesterday when I was in Asda I walked around the fresh bread cookies and cakes and didn't buy anything ! I was tempted but didn't want to undo all the good work.

mumof3 ive had the black oil twice the only thing i had was home made curry with spinach in. i had it on a saturday and the oil on the wednesday. hubby cooked it so i had no idea of the fat content so ate a small portion and loded up with rice. so glad i didnt have seconds haha well done on your weight loss G x

I weighed myself for the 1st time 4th January dreading the worse and i was surprised to see i had only put on 2lb!!!!! :D
So im now back on them and hoping that this yr will be it for me. Also thinking of joining sliimers world or WW we bought Wii just dance 2 and the Kinect at xmas so thats my excercise sorted!!!
