  1. always had these white spots under my penis head. what is it? its been there since the day i was able to pull my foreskin. i keep well personal hygiene.

  2. what is this red dot looks like pimple? i had a wax recently

  3. do i need to get circumcised? is my penis curved? do I need to see a urologist?

    1 - this is most likely just natural development of your penis

    2 - yes a pimple - I use liquid antiseptic to clear things like this

    3 - some degree, or even a great deal of curvature is very normal - you could see a urologist for a professional opinion

    However, what you do have is a buried scrotum - this can have several causes, but can be linked to your general weight and whether you are obese or not.

    If you would not describe yourself as being overweight then you need to get this checked-out with a Urologist as there are a number of potential causes that you need to get treatment for as soon as possible, rather than simply leaving it as it is ......

      Thanks! I am not overweight. asian, atheletic build and I work out regularly.

      Is this buried scrotum because I was laying down flat? This is when I stand up. can you see any buried parts?

      Yes, just though there was something very odd - but yes things look fine in this photo.
