Hi, so I will try to make this background info short. I'm 23, I have interstitial cystitis, generalized anxiety disorder, GERD, and sleep apnea. Yes, I am overweight but for the past few months I have been making excellent progress and I am now down 20 pounds!
So here's the problem. I am always tired. Doesn't matter what time of day it is, what I just did, how much I slept... I am always tired! I'm at a loss for what to do.
Here are my theories:
1. I have been taking lexapro for about 5 years now. I take it in a liquid form; 5mL once a day. Is it possible my body is negatively responding to it?
2. My sleep apnea isn't controlled? I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in August 2016. Very mild. 18-20 apnea events an hour. CPAP has definitley helped a lot but I am still feeling tired daily.
3. Seasonal allergies?
.I wake up not feeling rested but my apnea results are always good night after night. During the day, I get a foggy feeling as if my body is going through the motions and my mind is completely shut off or on auto pilot. Driving worries me and this feeling tends to get worse while driving.
If you have any helpful information, please let me know!

Sounds like me! I have sleep apnea, gerd, I'm always tired and I'm always out of breath, especially when I'm out shopping. I also have IBS and sometimes I'm running back and forth to the bathroom! (like this morning!) I also have swollen ankles, bad kees and swollen legs and feet! But my blood work comes back fine! And now I have problems with my teeth! (and jaw!) So, I wouldn't worry too much. As long as you are loosing weight, that's good! I too am overweight! And have diabetes! And I know I should be out walking or doing some sort of excercise! But I don't! So, as long as your tests come back good,I wouldn't worry too much! Do you take iron? Or vitamins? Or maybe you need vitamin B 12 shots. Tell your doctor you feel tired!

Hi Connie, thanks for the fast reply!
Sounds like we are in the same boat with a lot of stuff! I hope you feel better very soon. Right now, I just take a multi-vitamin. I just had a doctor's appt last week and I will be getting some bloodwork done this week. Usually my bloodwork is all normal though so who knows!
