I have bin on citalopram for two months now. I did improve and felt alot better but today I feel awful. I keep getting migraine's, dry mouth and ache so bad but only in certain areas .e.g. My breasts chest and back. I'm prodding and poking my self in those areas incase its anything to worry about which I think is making the pain worse because I'm thinking about it to much but because I'm thinking about it i can't b happy and keep snapping at the people who help me;

Had anyone else experienced physical anxiety pain? Especially in the breast/lung area? Thanks for any advice givin.

    Hi Sophie.

    I get physical anxiety pain in those areas also. Ive been on Citalopram 6 months and in general feel tons better. However a lot of partying and change of routine over xmas has led to me also feeling horrid today. Felt very spaced out, foggy headed and dizzy. I know its anxiety and hopefully a good nights sleep will do the trick.

    Hi Sophie, I've had those symptoms also. Not so much the migraines, but the aches in my chest and arms. Mostly in the arms though. Just hang in there. Be sure to make your doctor aware of your side effects though. I used to think I was having a heart attack. Just post on here whenever you need reassurance. It does help a lot.
