Hope you are all having a good week :lol:
I've been really good, kept a food diary, recorded calories as well as fat over the last two weeks as requested by my nurse. I've bought a A5 size A-Z book a recorded foods and quantities so U have my own personal calory/fat counter.
Starting weight 13th April 107 kilos/16st 11.9lbs
29th April 104.5 kilos/16st 6.4 lbs [b:7035bc0d35]-2.5kilos/5.5 lbs[/b:7035bc0d35]
13th May 103 kilos/16 st 3.1 lbs[b:7035bc0d35] -1.5 kilos/3.3 lbs
Total loss to date 4 kilos/8.8 lbs[/b:7035bc0d35] equivalent to 4 bags of sugar!(My visual incentive).
I'm pleased but have been extremely busy and hope it wont slow down to much especially when I am not as busy - i've got a long 'weigh' to go (sorry my sense of humour :wink: [/b]
