Had my second weigh in today and have lost 3lb this week, which I am much happier about than my 1/2 lb last week! :lol: So 12 days on orlistat and 3 and 1/2 lb gone :D

    Well done, that's fab. Do you get weighed at doctors weekly? I have been told to attend the doctor monthly for my weigh in.

    No I have to go back to the doctors monthly, I go to slimming world every week tho smile

    hi tonis, thats fab news well done :D try to not get obsessed with the scales tho. i see my nurse once a month for weigh-in. glad your feeling more positive good luck and keep in touch :wink:
