3 Month Update

Hi there, just thought I would give you an update on my weight loss journey so far. I started taking Orlistat on 4th Jan this year and so far I have lost 33 lbs - and that's without doing any exercise! I'm not suggesting that it's a good thing not doing any exercise as clearly it's not and if I had done some then I expect my weight loss would have been higher but I intend to start swimming this week so hopefully I can continue to have good good weight loss in the coming weeks.

I haven't had any of the ghastly side effects that I've read about but then again I have religiously stuck to 30g or less of fat a day except on a couple of occasions when I've had dinner at friends' houses and I guessed the meal was over 15g so didn't take a tablet.

I have done Weight Watchers before and don't think that my weight loss is significantly more since I've been taking Orlistat, however I do believe I'm eating a better diet as I'm paranoid about the side effects

I have found this site really useful, particularly in the early days - I don't post much but I'm very grateful to those that do!

Good luck everyone, keep up the good work.
