3 week weigh in... Yahooo!

JUST ME AGAIN..WITH A UPDATE GOT WEIGHED THIS WEEK AND AM AMAZED TO FIND I HAVE LOST 5LBS THIS WEEK ALONE. THATS 14 SINCE BEING ON THE BLUES AND 19 SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR (I ONLY MANAGED TO LOSE 5 MYSELF!!! IN THE 1ST 5 MONTHS OF THE YEAR) BUT SINCE BEING ON THE TABS I SEEM TO HAVE THIS AMAZING WILLPOWER I AM JUST PRAYING THAT IT STAYS!!!! I HAVE HAD NO SIDE EFFECTS BAR ONE AND THAT WAS THE DAY AFTER EATING A SALMON FILLET... OOPS! WONT BE DOING THAT AGAIN!! ALTHOUGH IT IS GOOD FOR YOU IT CONTAINS 16G OF FAT PER PORTION!! SO WHILST ON THE TABS I WILL GIVE SALMON A MISS! IT WONT BE FOREVER!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU.....IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU!!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS AND SUPPORT THAT IS SPURRING ME ON!!!

    can you set yourself a medium term goal to aim for now or are you handling it a week at a time?

    BTW the **** salmon got me too once!

    I AM TAKING IT A WEEK AT A TIME...BUT ALSO WE ARE ON HOLIDAY IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS SO MY CHALLENGE IS TO NOT GO OFF THE RAILS FOR THAT...I AM PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT I WONT....BECAUSE IN AUG WE HAVE A FAMILY WEDDING AND I WOULD LOVE TO BE 10LBS LIGHTER BY THE HAVE BEEN POWER WALKING (ITS NOT A PRETTY SIGHT) SO I GO REALLY EARLY IN THE MORNINGS BUT I AM SURE THAT IS BOOSTING MY LOSS...I KNOW THAT I WONT CONTINUE TO LOSE SUCH BIG AMOUNTS BUT 2-3 A WEEK WOULD BE GREAT AND I HONESTLY FEEL GREAT AT THE MOMENT, AND FOR THE 1ST TIME IN YEARS I FEEL LIKE I CAN DO IT!

    Well done! I feel really inspired by you all. Need to get cracking. Wedding in September (only evening do, but still!) and then hols the week after. God, I hope this works as well for me as it has for you!
