3 weeks on fluxetine felt better now worse. Can anybody give me advice

Hi there wondering if anyone can help i have been taking fluoxetine 20 mg for 3 weeks due to my dr telling me I have anxiety and depression. 

It seemed to work the first couple of weeks I wasn't going on and on all the time now 3 weeks in I have got so much worse  can this happen and will It get better ? Or should I stop fluoxetine my mood is terrible and feel awful?

    Thanks. I know I feel so tired on them aswell. I feel a bit better but still get really bad nights at times. I was on them a few years and I went off them completely without tapering which was really stupid of me, I had a lot of mood swings but the depression didn't really come back from them just like I had PMS all the time lol. How are you now?

      Today was okay but when I finished work my mood has been terrible i do notice a difference on the tabs  but I also feel totally diffrent from what I would feel normally like I feel so tired all the time so hard to get anything done and kind of confused at times hoping this all goes away too ! 

      When is it you take flauxetine ? I take mine at night, have no problem with sleep or that maybe you could give that a try x

    Aye I feel a bit better than i did but its like there's a block on my brain at times. I take mine in the morning that way I'll not forget to take it but I do feel sleepy after like I need to go to back to bed.
