Yes, every single one of us without a doubt. You can't see light at the end of the tunnel, you're so so tired? The further the recovery goes you can start to see that light, I promise you. I've seen it at 9 weeks but everyone heals at a different pace so don't compare yourself to anyone else. That's the hardest thing. Take care, if you want to cry or sleep then do it. It only gets better x

And you'll probably be OK tomorrow. It's a hiccup. I was crying at everything sad and happy. Even adverts on the telly lol. I think my husband thought I was going mental 😂. X

This is very normal.
Your body and brain have been working hard at getting g better and just need a break. Be kind to yourself today. More rest, comfort food, extra chocolate and s big helping of I e cream. Cry if it will help.
It will go away shortly and you can get back to the grind of healing.
If this hangs on for a long period, talk to your primary care, not your surgeon, and see if they can get you some temporary relief.
Don't let anyone, family or friend, try to make you think you should be up and at em when you feel like this. Ha g in there, tomorrow will be a much better day

One advantage of being in the US today, its Thanksgiving and you're allowed by l a w to overeat and get fully absorbed in food that you don't normally take time to prepare.
Nothing like rich food to heal the blues.

Most of us have days like that. Perhaps your body and mind are saying, "Please just let me rest today and not worry about anything." I've been on a crying spree today. It will pass. We wish you the best.

Hi It's only natural to have a good cry after any major surgery It's much better than bottling it up inside and pretending your brave & strong.I had my right knee done two years ago and cried I'm due to have my left knee replaced and I'm already scared and crying. We all do it for whatever reason Sending a big hug to cheer you up
