Well done.  Beautiful morning here, if not a little chilly.  Certainly encourages you to get out in the fresh air!

Excellent.  Getting out for me and walking is rewarding for me.  Even at 7wk post op the new knee while walking is less painful than the pre-op knee.   Now at night-time it is a different story!

Night time is a nightmare for me, my poor hubby has been relegated to the spare bed otherwise he gets no sleep and he has to get up for work each day also I can read my book when I can't sleep without bothering him

I couldn't make it to the library and was re-reading everything.  I like the old fashioned feel of a book that you can drag around with you rather than yet another screen to stare blithely into!  I made it to the library and I've read the first 2 books in 3 days ha ha... It's incentive to maybe ride my bicycle over there (not quite yet).

The nights at 7weeks are still trying.  It has gotten better.  I know to sit up and message my knee and hydrate.  If the pain is bad and I know I need to I will take half and see if that will do. Then it is off to the recliner to read or watch TV (I have old movies lined up).  I ice and elevate and generally speaking get a  nap in.  Best wishes to you !
