43/washed my car and time for bed

Hi all happy new year to you all to start with.

I am 43 and have led a highly active life, always running up flights of stairs rather than using a lift and enjoying the active style of life.

When Fibromyalgia entered my life it all stopped. Today I was in bed until 10:30 following a very bad night but decided that I would wash the dishes and then decided to wash my car. I am now shaking with pain and ready for bed having only managed to be fumbling around for four hours.

What a life we all live hey.

Really is time for the medical profession to find a new way to help us get through our daily life.

Regards to you all for a safe and happy new year. ...

I'm sorry to hear how bad your feeling today, I hope you soon feel a bit better. It's awful how it just stops you in your everyday tasks, I am trying to put on a brave face I have a few friends coming for couple drinks later and know how bad I'm going to feel later and tomorrow. Take care and happy new year to you x

I know how you feel. When you get a good day you for some mad reason do things that will kill you the next day. I have a dish washer that i married 23 years ago who has a full time job as well and i have now got some cleaners who come in and do the housework every other week. It has helped me keep on top of things.

Have a happy new year and lots of soft hugs to you.
