hey hello again Mathew smile so you are still in the war zone mate? that's not so good. however now that your dose has been doubled I'm almost certain that you will get some benefits from this, how long have you been on 40mgs for? I'm on day 33 of the 40mgs and have a noticable difference in myself, not everyday and not 100%, not yet, but getting there. You are a young man with a whole long life in front of you Mathew but the pills alone wont do it, you have to help yourself along this treatment journey that we are all on, keeping active where possible, joining youth clubs perhaps, get a girlfriend, a problem shared is a problem halved and all that jazz smile Have'nt seen you here for quite a while, so what were you doing to occupy yourself between visits, anything cool and exciting? Do you drive perhaps, or have a motorbike? great ways to blow away the cobwebs! Perhaps you could enrol for some counseling of sorts to help you on your way? There must be several avenues open to young people starting out in life, what about your family Mathew, willl they listen and support you through this? It's okay me and other bloggers offering advice but we are anonymous so to speak, you need face to face interaction to motivate and help you. I'm really sorry to see you back here in such a state of mind, I thought your absence meant you were in the south of France with some hot girl wondering what all the fuss was about! Be strong, think positive, and things will surely improve smile

    Hi matthew

Sorry to hear youre still feeling so low. You disappeared for a while, thought that meant you were feeling better :-( what does your dr say? If he/she is not listening to you ask to see someone else, an understanding dr makes all the difference. Although the meds dont work on their own, you need to fight it yourself too.

Did you start your counselling? If so is it any help? Im still waiting for mine.

Did you find any groups to join locally at all? Also are you keeping active, exercise makes a huge difference to your mood, maybe joining a footy rugby or another team would kill two birds with one stone - get you active and be more social. If youre at college/uni theres always groups n clubs to join.

You're so young, do you not have any family to turn too if you dont mind me asking?

Hoping you find a way to feel brighter soon

    Take care
