How long have you been on the tablets?
You say this is your 4th weigh in and you stayed the same..... how much have you lost so far?
Do you kind of count calories or just fat content?
Questions Questions - Sorry...... But need to know more to be able to hopefully help

As Clare said you do need to take the loss over the whole time you have been on the tablets, so if let's say you loss 12lb's over 10weeks that is over 2lbs a week on average which is a very good sensible way to lose weight.

26lbs !!! FANTASTIC - Well done you !!! What a Fantastic acheivement....... you must be really proud of yourself.
You are an inspiration !!
I have only just started the Blues....
Week 1 - 3lb
Week 2 - 1lb (felt it should have been more)
Week 3 - 4lb (Obviously making up for the small loss the week before)
Bizarrely - I went to Docs this week to collect repeat prescription and they reckon I have lost 7 KILOS - which I find VERY hard to beleive.... as Suza mentioned in her reply to you, she was weighed on different scales and by a different person.
I get on my scales once a week at the same time every week.....
Did you weigh on a different set?
Did you take any lemsip type stuff when you were ill with flu? - lots of them are high calorie - also being ill may have just messed your fluids up.
The really important thing is to keep in mind how fantastic you have done, and I know how disappointing it is when you dont see the result you want/deserve on the scales which is why you should measure too.
Just try and treat this a just a little blip - your hard work WILL pay off.
Sometimes we also become stuck in a rut and find ourselves eating the same reliable food. Just to give yourself a different focus why dont you set yourself a different goal................... Maybe try three brand new recipies this week? This might help detract from the disappointment of not losing and will make it all feel new again - MAYBE?
Good Luck and Keep us posted
