Well done that's fabulous, it can be hard at times, I've been on them since jan 09, and lost just over 7 stone, have you been told how long you can take them for, each time I go back am wondering if they will say no more:-( which will be scarey but something we gotta do, mm

    well done mistie,

I'm one of the many who have a lot to lose, but reading stories like yours really spurs me on - i have been on the tabs for 5 weeks and not been on the scales recently as i was starting to do it daily. i haven't had any side effects yet and haven't been to naughty. keep us all informed on your progress. smile

Thank you so much!!! Just to answer a few of your questions - the sweet cravings I have muller light manderin yoghurt frozen for about an hour its suprisingly yummy smile I am also a vegeterian and i have found it so hard finding nice meals that are filling some of my favourites are shepherds pie with no butter and quorn mince, chilli con carne with boild rice made with quorn also, I make my own pasta salads and take them cold to work the next day for lunch, Lots of jacket potatoes and cottage cheese, beans etc for tea's, I also cut bread out and have it once a week as it made me put on weight badly i thought a sandwich for lunch was good lol. I also have a treat twice a month of something i love which keeps you going and is something to look forward to :P I love this site and im glad i found it i need some ideas to shift the last few stone as its harder now lol. Im glad my experience has helped if you need anything just message me i would be glad to smile Minnie mouse - the thought of going it alone with no blue tablets horrifies me im dreading it but the nurse said i can stay on them as long as im losing weight and i can stay on them to maintain my target weight for at least 6 months if i want to so that made me feel better... You have done amazing i cant wait until i have lost 7 stone i bet you feel brilliant keep in touch and keep me informed well done!! If you dont mind me asking and tell me to go away for being cheeky but what was your start weight? and how much more do u need to lose or are you at your target weight smile I cant believe i can go to asda and buy a cheap £3 t-shirt instead of one from evans now thats motivation :D Thanks everyone u will all keep me going smile
