Hi

think I'm beginning to feel the positive benefits of flu - but a couple of wierd things:

I crash out as soon as I hit the pillow but keep waking up during the night - but don't feel tired the next day

I'm not sure I dream much any more

I'm more talkative and calmer at work

I had a strange rash that came up on Sunday

I can't feel anxiety any more

I'm finding it harder to go the gym!

    Hi bigman

I don't seem able to think that much 'in the past' at all - but its nice that the incessant inner chatter has calmed down..........

i've been taking them for nearly 7 weeks. weeks 4 and 5 were really bad and i took them off uni, i would feel really tired and would just cry and cry for no reason, usually in early evening or late afternoon. this week has been much better, although i still feel really tired and look pale so im trying to eat enough fruit and veg. what i find really anoying is that although i have started to be able to get to sleep much easier and have started dreaming again, i have to get up to pee every night and then find it difficult to get back to sleep. (i hardly ever had to get up to go to the toilet before taking flu). so anoying  . has anyone else found this?
