    Hi,

The symptoms which you describe were very similar to mine.  I had two functional cysts (both 4cms) which bled into each other.  I was taking Ponstan continually as the pain was excruciating.  I had a laparoscopy and d&c three weeks ago.   Surgery went well apart from the fact that I developed an infection at the site of the laparoscopy.  I would definitely advise getting it removed.

    Best of luck.
